I have seven chapters complete. I am working on 8. I have been going to my nanowrimo Write Ins every week since I found out about them. Every Tuesday. I went tonight and even got my main gay to go with me.
And thank god for stanleynichols and Kelly and Ash. I get to bounce things off of them and sift through their memories for details for this book.
And I think the most exciting thing about this book (that wasn't so exciting about the past couple) is that I am so looking forward to where it ends. I don't even know that because I want the end to happen organically, but I figure if I want to know how it ends, then hopefully people who like the kinds of books I like will want to know how it ends. I mean, if I weren't writing this book, I'd READ it. I'd buy it. I am hoping beyond hope that that says this will be a book that people want to read!
But you know what, even if it's a dud, but it still gets published, I will still have published my first novel. And that, in and of itself, will be a major accomplishment for me.
So, even thought it's late, I'm going back to finishing this chapter. Because I think I can finish it before I fall asle......zzzzzzzz.
